Members and friends of Folk Redlands are invited to attend the Annual General Meeting on Sunday, 18 October, 2020, at 11.00am. The meeting will take place at the Victoria Point Bowls and Recreation Club, at 3 Poinciana Ave, Victoria Point 4165.

In accordance with section 35 of our Constitution following business will be conducted:
(a) receiving the association’s financial statement, and signed statement, for the last reportable financial year;
(b) presenting the financial statement and signed statement to the meeting for adoption;
(c) electing members of the management committee;
(d) appointing an auditor, an accountant or an approved person for the present financial year.

All current financial members are permitted to vote.
